⚠️ 全素不一定是健康 ⚠️ 這個是在行天宮附近我目前唯一找到的全素餐廳。住在台灣這幾年我發現我們的神鼓習慣常常吃便當~ 但吃便當其實很容易胖因為便當只是為了吃飽!這家已經算健康但其實對我平常來說這個還是不夠健康!第一它黃豆類很多,不建議常常吃太多黃豆類,雖然他給很多蛋白質吃太多會有其他的不好狀況出現。第二菜都是煮熟的,我個人相信吃生的比較健康所以通常我都吃沙拉。第三一定會吃澱粉!澱粉真的好吃但他對身體有很多不好的部分尤其麵線是GLUTEN!但有時候工作ON-THE-GO照成沒辦法回家吃飯我還是一定只吃全素!肉帶來的不健康和不環保比起以上提出來的有更多!如果好奇的話可以自己上網查查看~ •
⚠️Vegan doesn’t always mean it’s healthy! ⚠️ This is a photo of a vegan meal I am very grateful for, but also I wanted to share with you that it isn’t something I would recommend you eat often. Firstly, it’s very soy heavy, and while it provides protein, too much soy isn’t a good thing. Secondly, the veggies are all cooked! I try to eat a raw vegan diet, so to me this isn’t healthy compared to my normal salad meals. Lastly, this meal required me to eat gluten to be full. While starchy carbs are delicious, they’re not as nutrition as legumes and have other health side effects that I don’t want! I still chose to share this post because I want my posts to share the truth about my journey, that I am not perfect and that often I work late or I am on-the-go and can’t go home to eat dinner~ in these cases I am forced to eat for survival and bend my normal routine a bit. No matter what though, I keep my food vegan, because I no longer will eat meat due to the harm it causes to our bodies and our environment. If you’re interested in what I mean, I recommend you do some research!

지난번 대만여행때  취두부를 먹었답니다.

대만은 정말 채식식당과 채식문화가 발달 되었습니다. 
아래는 제가 12년전에 블로그에 작성했던 내용 입니다. 
자주 가는 단골 채식식당 입니다. 
대만 "쵸우두부라고 하는데요. 삭힌 두부 입니다. 좋게 이야기해서 삭힌두부죠. 썩힌두부를 말합니다. 
냄새가 지독하죠
보통 한국사람은 못먹죠. ㅋㅋㅋ

대만의 섞힌 두부. 
대만 유학시절 8년 단골이였다. 
취두부. "초우또우푸" 야시장에 있는 작은 식당 
유일하게 제가 돈을 가지고 있지 않아도 먹을 수 있는 식당 
저는 개인적으로 큰 식당보다 작은 식당을 
좋아 합니다. 
어제 4년만에 이 가게를 방문했는데 
주방장.  사장님이
없다

어디 갔냐고 물으니 ...
저 세상 갔다고 하네요

저도 약간 나이를 먹었나. 
주변에 아는 분들이 ...
하나 둘 씩 ...
사라지네여. 
저도 언젠가 ...
이 지구에서 사라지겠죠.
